So I recieved a notification, that I'll be testifying as a "Public Witness", next Thursday night in Pocatello, to help protect this run from being dammed up; Just curious if anyone else, who just so happens to be also on utrivers, is going to be testifying?

Anyone ever done this type of thing before? as in, should I avoid 'hot button' items in regards to legal issues? I certainly don't want to say anything that the dam-building company could use to their advantage in court.
