I don't know why it autoplays. Anyone? Does vimeo embed always do that?

Autoplay is not even a tag in the embed code on my vimeo account. It wonder if it is something to do with preferences on the vimeo account. I know last time I posted a video here I double checked to see that it did not have autoplay and I just looked at the embed code directly on vimeo on one of my vids and it is not there. Very strange.

I just have a free vimeo account. When I go to this video and click on "embed", "Customize embed options" has a check box to turn off the autoplay.
Here is the default "new" embed code, with a space added after the first <
