Last BYU Provo Pool Session & Rodeo Night

Spring is springing! and you know what that means. Time to wind down the pool sessions and get ready for the real stuff. What better way to go out than with a little competition?!

On Wednesday, March 23rd from 9:00 to 10:30 pm the BYU Whitewater Kayaking Club will host our last pool session of the winter at the Provo Rec Center (UVU has one more on April 13th). At 10:00 we will devote part of the pool to a competition (with awards!). Divisions are as follows:

1) Rodeo - do all the tricks, flips, and spins you can for 1.5 minutes. Points will be awarded for number and type of skills performed.
2) Cartwheels - whoever can go the longest, wins!
3) Rolling - do as many rolls as you can for 1 minute (for kayakers who learned to roll within the last 3 months)
4) Rolling - do as many rolls as you can for 2 minute (for all other kayakers)

As always, cost is $5 for the pool session, and BYU standards apply.
