BV Running.. Low but doable

BV is running, but low. We did the bridge above crux to the Nuns park bridge. Plenty of water.

Nice, BV looked runnable last week when we did Vivian Park. I did middle Provo last weekend, and its runnable too; although if you do an evening run you will have to paddle by about 75 fishermen in the first mile. BV sounds like a better call, unless you want to check out something scenic and different. There is an interesting park and play feature at the takeout (road to Midway); riverwide ledge side surf; maybe some spins.
