Black Canyon

Anybody thinking about heading to Black Canyon this weekend? I got home early from a work trip, and was thinking about heading up Sunday, as it looks warmer and drier then. How was it last week? Many boaters up there?

I'll be up there to paddle it again tomorrow. I hit it last Saturday as well and there was probably around 20 kayakers. It was really fun, it's a quality piece of river.

I think I'd be down for Sunday.

Sorry to have to ask a stupid question, but where exactly is Black Canyon? I tried to find it on the AW - ID page and can't see it. Watched a couple of the videos on Youtube and here, and it looks fun.

Is there anything that the family could find to do here? If I come up, it will be with the fam, and just trying to plan everything out.

Gooseins, you better hope that delectable treat better known as a LaraBar is as in pristine condition as it was when it was left in your car, or I might just cry (you know how the type are that eat LBs). Bring the fam with you, and we could have a big picnic or something.

I shot my weekend wad today mountain biking, and will have to do some work around the house tomorrow, so I'm out.

Doesn't seem like anything got organized, so maybe next release we can get something better organized, better than my day before post. Hope a lot of people show up, so we can keep this going in the near future. But damn, when is BV going to start running? I want me some 45 minute drives, not 4 hour ones.
