Ogden River Empty Ogden River

Where is the best place to put in to take advantage of the full amount of whitewater in Ogden canyon? How long can I expect the run to be? Eddyflower has 5 runs listed for the Ogden river and I am not sure which one comes first.

I would really like to take advantage of the release. I haven't run any section of it and wouldn't mind a guide if someone is willing. Going to try to be up there between 8 and 9 on Saturday.

***It looks like after reading the beta on eddyflower that it might be best to just stick to the narrows, any suggestions***

Pineview section comes first and is directly above the Narrows. Putin is just below the dam.
