Can anybody do anything during the day. Might take the day off and I want to make the most of it.

Are you paddling again already? I can paddle after 5, around Ogden or Logan.

He paddled BV on sat, what a tough guy with that bum arm.

Dang! Don't overdo it! I'd say the lower South fork Ogden would be a good one. Short crux section.

The narrows is at a nice level. Would that be too much right now? I have most of the day off, but need to do some things. Evening boating with WB sounds good to me.

I would like to do the lower South fork of the Ogden, before it drops much further; down ~100 cfs today, to 611. Then Pineview would be logical (could set shuttle on the way up to the S fork, if we have 3 cars); then Narrows for whoever wants, or lower half of the Narrows; on down to the Sports park or Lorin Farr (could set shuttle before).
Close to 500 on the gauge below Pineview; its rising.
Could even do the lower Ogden again, for further gear search.

Narrows is fun right now. Pretty bumpy through demon(watching from shore) below that is less bumpy/fast/fun...typical narrows. fyi
Oh yeah, and the lead in to Poisin Ivy is different now, high water's moved stuff around.
