Logan some evening this week?
I can leave Riverdale @~4:45 on Wed, or Thurs.
Would be at the mouth of Logan Canyon @5:45 PM. 15 min to Woodcamp.
~6 PM to 6:30 PM road scouting; leaves ~2.5 hours for paddling.
Choice #1: upper Logan + Woodcamp. expecting solid IV at this level. Would like a few for this one.
Choice #2: laps on Woodcamp. Nice big-waterish class III.
Choice #3: Blacksmith Fork, which looks like it has crested and will continue to drop. Its a lower elevation watershed. I have never done this run.

Bill-
There is a riverwide strainer on Redbanks (just in case you want to run that, or if you are feeling mighty woodchuckish) at Mile Marker 479. That's where the little field is between the river and the road and there was a low hanging tree on river right there last year. One of the larger limbs from up higher has cracked and bent down and is resting on top of the limb that we used to limbo under. One cut of a 10" thick limb should drop it free and clear from the branch its on.
