Price River Empty Price River

Does anyone know the runnable range for the upper Price River? I saw it from the highway and it looked entertaining, but there is little flow info that I can find.

Any info or potential paddle buddies will be much appreciated.

EddyFlower is back up, better then ever. EF is were most whitewater info is for Utah and other states.
