Evanston parkway
What is a good flow for modest play and ability to float the length of the BR festival race course? Now it's 257cfs. Rain bump or start of run off? Anyone recall the flow from last year BRF? -Todd C.

Re: Evanston parkway
This actually sounds about right for race flows(300+). I was up there two weeks ago and there were still a couple ice bridges, but the play looked a step above crystal wave. Gonna be cold. If you head up drop me a line.

at least 300 is needed
300 is the lowest flow for surf at Bear Paw wave. The rest of the run can be boney, but there are also a few small front surf waves just below the I-80 bridge.
