A group of us are hitting Spanish Fork and then Diamond Fork tomorrow (Sunday), meeting at the put in for SF at noon. Come on down and paddle with us. All welcome

Spanish Fork was it's normal self. Lower 6th water creek was awesome, some very technical stuff there.....great time!

Oh no, its just a little scrapey at the confluence and at the runout of the 'action'. The center tunnel drop was clean. If you hug the outside of the curves you'll be fine and the permi-strainer tree is easy to pass on the right.
