Cooler size for 16' Shoshone??
I'm looking to upgrade my cooler on my 16' Shoshone bucket. Anyone know the max size I can run? I'm running a 105 right now. It's looking like I might be able to fit a 150, but the width is about the same as my internal width without a frame and with med-soft tubes. Any thoughts, ideas, recommendations, coolers to avoid??? Thanks.

Daniel, I sent you a PM and an email; unless your email has changed?

Re: Cooler size for 16' Shoshone??
I had a Yeti Tundra 155, and I thought that was alright, but if you do some research, Yeti's weren't proven to be the best at ice retention. Supposedly most of the commercial outfits go with Galaxy Coolers, so I bought a 165 of that for my 18' cat. It is decently narrow (only 38" across, compared to 40" with my Yeti) but it is a little taller and longer in the bay. So it just matters how your frame is setup, but the Galaxy (I think they go by Canyon coolers now), is pretty f'n sweet.
