Re: AF Wed.
I Got a Visual of the river and it was too low for me. 85 on the gauge is low which = boat abuse! On the bridge gauge it was just at 0.5.

Re: AF Wed.
I looked at it yesterday and it looked good to go, but I'm not sure which section is boated because I've never done it! I'd love to get up there if someone else is heading up that's done it before!

Re: AF Wed.
"Done it before" is relative, since much of it has completely changed. Should scout every foot for wood.
Lower AF (the bottom 1.8 miles) should be good to go at 120 on the new gauge. There were some large logs above there, below the park buildings.
There are two significant rapids in the woods above the UP+L building; Carnage Corner (a 4 foot boof visible from the road), and Boneyard (not visible from the road). You can putin in the woods above Carnage Corner.
If you start near the UP+L building, Squiggles is the tight move between large boulders right after the river crosses under the road. There is a trail downstream to see Goat Boof. Exploder is 100yds above Squiggles.
Sometimes people start below Squiggles, like when the level is "too high", but even from there, Goat Boof looks more serious than it used to be, and there is Gunbarrel rapid somewhere down there.

Re: AF Wed.
Its good to go in terms of flow. Scouting for wood is a must! There is wood in Carnage Corner and a river wide log just below that... It could be cleaned real quick and then run. As Bill said the run changes each year. I could do a lap or 2 Monday or Wednesday. Text or post.
